If the kit is listed as used, it is because the box is open and the original cellophane wrapper is missing, but the parts/contents have been checked and all the parts are included. The kit has NOT been started. For used kits, please see the box photos for the box condition. In most cases, there is some shelf wear.

Your item will be shipped to you via Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is calculated via eBay's Global Shipping Program. Please do not email me for alternative means of shipping internationally. Items may be shipped the same day for sales made prior to 1 p.m. Eastern Time, but are usually shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Please contact me for product support, returns, and refunds within 14 days. All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. If an item was damaged in transit, please notify your local post office first. (I strongly suggest that you photograph the item, showing the damage and the packaging for your records.) Used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. New items must be received complete and in their original wrapping. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Any items received damaged will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items should be returned to me with a traceable shipping service. If your returned package doesn't arrive and you didn't use a traceable method to return it to me, I may not be able to process the refund. I reserve the right to refuse the return, refund, and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn't comply with the above-mentioned requirements.
